For the most demanding customers, SIAD provides qualified personnel to manage stock at the production site. All reordering, handling, minimum-stock checks and container expiry-date monitoring become SIAD’s responsibility.

What does cylinder replacement and on-site stock management include?
The service covers the entire logistics flow of pressure vessels: from delivery to the plant and departments, to internal stock management, through to physical replacement at the point of use. Product reordering is outsourced, with no administrative intervention required from the customer.
Delivery to the point of use and on-site stock management
The handling of pressure vessels does not stop at delivery to the plant. SIAD manages internal transport to the point of use and control of storage areas in an integrated way: backup stock, replacement of empty cylinders with full ones, rotation of containers, including for highly hazardous gases. Cylinders arrive where they are needed, when they are needed, and stock areas remain orderly and ready for use.

Replacing containers at the point of use is a delicate operation, from the most common gases to toxic or corrosive ones. SIAD personnel carry out the replacement safely, with the specific skills required to manage every type of gas. The customer does not have to expose its own personnel to operational risks involving critical products.
