The new gas mixture from the FOODLINE range was developed to address a specific challenge: extending the post-harvest preservation of small fruits while maintaining their quality and characteristics.
SIAD turned that challenge into a multi-year research programme involving product analysis, gas and gas-mixture research, testing, validation, scale-up and technological development.
