Coffee storage and degasification
Thanks to nitrogen, an inert and completely anhydrous gas, it is possible to improve the preservation of stored coffee beans and ground coffee.
By reducing the percentage of oxygen present in the storage silo, nitrogen gas preserves the organoleptic properties of the treated coffee mixtures.
Nitrogen gas can be piped into the bottom of the storage silo, thereby expelling the carbon dioxide released by the coffee during the storage phase and preparing the product to be packaged.
