Speed, quality and competitive prices are the three strong points of commercial foodservices and they are also the main factors behind the spread and rapid development of fast foods, sandwich and snack bars, take-aways and catering in both Italy and abroad.
Operators in commercial foodservices have also started to recognise and appreciate the advantages of using SIAD gases, with one objective in mind: to expand their market share by serving food produced in more distant places, without compromising the quality of the ready to eat foods or drinks.
In addition to the carbonation of drinks offered by the Happydrink® service, the use of gas has made progress in reducing temperature and in freezing. This means a low proliferation of bacteria and, as a result, the possibility to save money by producing higher quantities than strictly necessary for the short term.
