OICCE and SIAD conference on the cryomaceration of Moscato

Vino_moscato_gas_in_enologiaOICCE (Interprofessional Organization for the Communication of Knowledge in Oenology) and SIAD will join you on 18 April 2019, at 4pm, at the Consortium for the Protection of Asti DOCG (Via Valtiglione 73 - Isola d’Asti), for a conference on the use of liquid CO2 in the vinification of Moscato, presenting the results of the vinification tests for the 2018 grape harvest.
